As a Helpdesk agent for Lenovo you will be answering customer questions by phone. For example questions about the purchase and use of IT-related Lenovo products (laptops, tablets and desktops).
Importantly, your main job is providing information, answering questions and help customers solve technical issues. As a Helpdesk agent for Lenovo you do not have to sell (upsell, crossell) anything! Before you get started, you will follow a full time paid training of 2 weeks during office hours (monday till friday 09.00-17.00h) . After that, It is important that you are avaiable during the following opening hours:
Monday - Friday: 09.00h - 18.00h
Weekends: 10.00h - 18.00h
