You will be a part of a team of 130.000 customer service employees from all over the world, who represent some of the world’s largest corporations. Our client is a leader in telecom, electronic entertainment and IT. They offer flexible and professional solutions for their customers in all customer service areas. One of their clients is a luxurious fashion brand, which is in search of a native German speaking customer support professional.
As a customer support professional you are responsible for taking inbound calls from prospective customers with regards to fashion products, handling customer inquiries in a professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service. It is important to maintain a good knowledge of the fashion industry and the latest fashion product of this client.
We are in search of employees who are available for 40 hours a week from the 30th of April. You will start with a 2.5 week training to learn everything about the company. Shifts take place Monday to Friday between 09-30 and 1830 (two shifts) and Saturdays from 0900-1800. (at least 1 Saturday a month, max. 2) you will be paid out 120% on Saturdays.
