Conference producer is responsible for the project managing an event from idea conception through to final event execution and is involved in all parts of the event management cycle. This involves developing event concepts from paper through to 2 days high level events for some of the world leading business professionals.
Research – Write – Invite – Maintain
You will be responsible for the research, development and evaluation of event concepts to determine the commercial viability of each event and develop thought provoking content.
Combining both desk research together with direct one-to-one research over the phone with past clients, speakers and independently sourced contacts to move beyond the "nice to have" and focus on the "must have content" which will drive
delegate attendance. You will be responsible for speaker acquisition, identifying and securing market insights and contributions from the world's
foremost experts on each topic.
- 6 Months Internship starting in Fall 2017
- Monthly commission of €400
