You will be a part of a worldwide talented team of 130.000 customer service employees who represent some of world’s largest corporations. Teamwork and employee development is one of their priorities. Some of the clients they work with are Dell and Expedia.
One of their other clients is a luxurious fashion brand, which is in search of German speaking customer service employees.
As a support professional, you are responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding to fashion products, helping them with their questions and problems and provide the highest level of customer service. During the phone or e-mail conversation you must be able to collect the right information to accurately help the customer. You have true passion to find the right solution for the customer, but you also close the sale. Further, you are responsible for logging case notes to assure optimal assistence. In short, a dynamic job in which you are the first contact for the clients!
We are in search of employees who are available for 40 hours a week. You will start on the 23th of July, with a 2 week training to learn everything about the products and the brand. The working hours are from Monday till Friday starting from 09:00-17:30 or from 10:00-18:30h. And at least one Saturday a month from 09:00-17:30h.
