Job Purpose:
Provide professional customer service to customers contacting DHL regarding invoice queries.
Job Discription:
- Answer and manage customer calls
- Accurately process mail and faxes
- Accurately log all customer queries in Oracle
- Meet individual productivity targets on number of contacts per day (calls/mail/fax)
- Resolve uncomplicated queries immediately
- Meet individual targets on number of queries resolved

What we are asking for:
- MBO-level or equivalent bij experience
- Customer service experience
- Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office
- You speak French, Dutch and English fluently.
