For their European head quarter in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, they are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Officer who will support the EMEA HR team.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Support and book travel request of our employees for the Netherlands and UK;
  • Administrate and maintain invoices on our internal finance system MRO;
  • Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data;
  • Car fleet administration.

Wat wij vragen:

  • HBO/WO
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent;
