As a Customer team leader you will report directly to the Customer service team manager CE, but for the rest, the lead of your team is in your hands! Of course, maintaining the high quality standards of the team is your main task. How to do so? Keep the order system efficient and effective and guarantee an excellent customer service. Your team is going to be composed by 8-12 customer service employers, and you will be asked to work mostly from the office. However, work remotely is allowed upon certain conditions.
