What are you going to do:

Are you up for a big challenge? The Customer service team of a well established shipment company is looking for its new Customer team leader in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for the German and Austrian market, and you will work in their office in Amsterdam.

As a Customer team leader you will report directly to the Customer service team manager CE, but for the rest, the lead of your team is in your hands! Of course, maintaining the high quality standards of the team is your main task. How to do so? Keep the order system efficient and effective and guarantee an excellent customer service. But there is much more:

  • You will be reacting on customer and team feedbacks in order to improve the customer experience. You will be involved in active improvement activities by organizing coaching and trainings for your team.
  • Become a point of reference for your team. Work on the engagement, provide coaching if needed, and keep them informed and motivated!
  • Secure the efficiency of the orders and find a way to optimize the costs
  • Planning is going to be a crucial part of your role: organize the meetings with your team, and plan the tasks and goal of the CS one month ahead.
  • Make sure the team achieves the company goals!

Your team is going to be composed by 8-12 customer service employers, and you will be asked to work mostly from the office. However, work remotely is allowed upon certain conditions.

What we ask:

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
  • Fluent in German and English (Dutch is a plus);
