What are you going to do:

As a Demi Chef de Partie you will be working at one of the most beautiful boutique hotels in Amsterdam. The hotel is located in the middle of the center. They exude a modern approach to luxury through fresh, refined rooms and imaginative spaces inspired by Dutch design. You will be working in a close team where hospitality and enthusiasm are keywords.

WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY BE DOING AS A DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE?
You will support the kitchen team by making sure the operation runs smoothly. High motivation and wanting to learn is expected from you. As a Demi Chef de Partie you will ensure a good mise-en-place and you will work in an accurate and fast way during service. Moreover, you assist in keeping the entire back of the house clean and up to standard.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You are passionate and creative by nature and you know what hard working entails;
• You are familiar with the different techniques used in a kitchen, like; washing, cutting, blending, and many more;
• You are curious to learn more and to grow further;
• You make sure the stock is looked after and ready for service.
