What are you going to do:

In your role as Business Developer, you will be responsible for the DACH region. You are the link between Transparent and its (new) customers, which are nationally as well as internationally operating (large) companies. Through your empathetic and professional appearance, your tasks include establishing a business relationship with these companies, negotiating and concluding new contracts. Your negotiating partners will include managers and the highest level of management. As a Business Developer, you will also represent Transparent at events, roundtables and networking meetings to generate new leads and tell the DACH region about Transparent. You will have a close collaboration with your colleagues from project management and the delivery manager. To do your dream job in the best possible way, you will of course also travel personally to your customers in the DACH region.

What we offer:

  • An attractive salary between €3,750 and €5,000 per month (based on experience);
  • Variable salary of 40% of the annual salary (incl. holiday allowance);

What we ask:

  • At least finished hbo
  • Sales experience or experience in a similar field/position;
  • Interest and/or experience in the P2P business;
  • Very good German (C1/C2 level) and English skills;
  • Negotiation skills, empathy and strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Driving licence and readiness to travel.
