As a full-time growth lead, you have the opportunity to build and lead the fast-growing business of YoungCapital on our scaling- up journey on the UK market with an office based in London.

YoungCapital is the fastest growing recruitment agency in young talents. Our goal is to help all young people find work, match employers with the best talent and show the power of the new generation. We have our own database with 8.5 million candidates worldwide. We also own 26 domain names, two job boards and three apps. Because of this diversity, every jobseeker finds us.

Online, we focus strongly on social media and we organize our campaigns by target group and location. This leads to more and more targeted applications. With our full service staffing solution, we operate from out of two countries, the Netherlands and Germany. And last year we opened our first UK branch in Birmingham to further expand our international footprint. 

Who are you? 

As a full-time branch manager in London, it’s important to have experience with building a start-up successfully. Leading a team by example is your nature, and it would be great if you have consultancy experience. You’re a go-getter, commercially minded and (near-) native in English. Last but not least, you have the ‘YoungCapital DNA’: young minded, optimistic and a little bit of a rebel.
