ING is looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist in Amsterdam

Currently we are looking for an HR Administration and Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for all HR related administration, coordination and helps developing and retaining the talented workforce of Payconiq at the ING. Wat ga je doen?

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Coordination for Recruitment:

  • Draft appealing (international) job descriptions and job advertisements, on- and offline;
  • Schedule and follow up on interviews;
  • Coordinate in-house and external events;
  • Source and post of roles on external websites;
  • Act as main point of contact for recruitment agencies and job boards.

Coordination for HR:

  • Process New Hires and Exits;
  • Responsible for maintaining personal files;
  • Drive the implementation of Payconiq’s new HR Tool and remain main point of contact for the maintenance and optimization of this tool;
  • Drive the training and development program;
  • Keep track of contractual changes, responsible for mutations;
  • Apply for knowledge migrant visa in case applicable;
  • Administration of employee benefits (pension, training, certification etc.);
  • Sickness Absence Management;
  • Report on internal data;
  • Link with Finance for mutations, payroll process and communication;
  • Creation and maintenance of employee handbook, processes and policies;
  • Plan and organize team events;
  • Provide general support within the team and at international offices as needed;

Wat wij vragen:

  • Completed bachelor’s degree;
  • Relevant experience in the area of HR administration, preferably in an international organisation is considered a plus
  • Fluency in written and spoken English essential. Dutch and/or French would be a plus;
  • Experience within an international company;
  • Good communicator, able to work in a team and detail oriented;
  • Good at multitasking and experience in a rapid changing environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and able to quickly learn new technology applications.
