The organization is an international market research organization that ranks in the global top 3. They do market research for organizations all over the world. From the call center in Amsterdam they call to several consumers and companies in the world to conduct interviews.
More than 250 interviewers from over 25 different nationalities are working together on a large number of different surveys in the call center in Amsterdam. They offer full-service research and advice to numerous national and international clients.
You’ll be interviewing companies and people about all kinds of subjects and for all kinds of brands. How often do you listen to the radio? What makes you decide which energy company you sign with? The diversity of projects is what makes our work so very interesting.
You won’t be selling anything, but you conduct questionnaires to find out exactly what our customers want to know. Your challenge will be to persuade people and companies to participate in the questionnaire, even people who are hesitant to join.
The working times:
Evening: 16.00 - 20.00
