As a fulltime German Customer Support Specialist (B2B) in Amsterdam, you are part of an international team and work for one of the world's leading providers of telematics solutions. This succesful SaaS company already operates in 16 different countries, with 750 employees and is expanding further.
Your main responsibility is supporting all B2B customers on the DACH market. For this reason, it is important that you speak and write German fluently (C2 level). Is customer satisfaction also your top priority? Great! In this role you are directly in contact with customers via phone and email to help them with all their technical and administrative questions. By giving the German speaking customers a personalized experienced, you help the company thrive.
