One of Accenture's biggest clients is a global leader specialized in medical technology and services, working hard to support healthcare professionals and patients worldwide. This client is expanding their team and looking for an enthusiastic customer support agent for the Nordics market who is driven to transform healthcare.
As a fulltime customer support agent you are responsible for the customers of the Nordics market and you are directly in contact with them via phone and e-mail. The types of questions and inquiries you receive are mostly related to returns and disputes. You will be in close contact with other departments to be able to solve the questions in a timely manner. Even though you are working in the comfort of your own home, you are a real teamplayer and are happy to celebrate the successes and achieved team targets together! Do you already have experience in working with SAP? This is a plus! You will be doing order and returns management activities in SAP daily.
For this role it is important that you speak and write Danish fluently (C1+ level). Besides that, you have a good command of the English language.
