Are you looking for a temporary position where you can work parttime? Where you can use your communication and customer service skills? For our client, an international digital platform security company, we are looking for a temporary Receptionist.


As a Receptionist you will focus on the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Taking care of incoming calls;
  • Creating Wi-Fi guest accounts for visitors/customers/guests;
  • Welcoming visitors/guests, registration of visitors, managing access cards for them;
  • Completes security procedures (e.g., issues badges, ensures proper completion of visitors' log);
  • Manage EXCEL sheets: visitors list & cleaners list;
  • Managing meeting rooms in Calendar outlook / and creating room reservations;
  • Ordering taxi's; and the necessary information through e-mail;
  • Taking care of DHL shipments (documents only).
  • Managing reception agenda: Notification of visitors arriving, important information, appointments or taxi reservations are made.


Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service, Front Office or Reception related positions is preferred;
  • Being fluent in English (must) & Dutch (preferable) verbal and written communication is a must; 
  • Strong communicative, organising and administrative skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • A true team player with a lot of initiative;
  • You recognize yourself as a quick learner, self-driven and with positive attitude;
  • You are customer service-minded;
