Are you looking for a temporary position where you can work parttime? Where you can use your communication and customer service skills? For our client, an international digital platform security company, we are looking for a temporary Receptionist.
As a Receptionist you will focus on the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Taking care of incoming calls;
- Creating Wi-Fi guest accounts for visitors/customers/guests;
- Welcoming visitors/guests, registration of visitors, managing access cards for them;
- Completes security procedures (e.g., issues badges, ensures proper completion of visitors' log);
- Manage EXCEL sheets: visitors list & cleaners list;
- Managing meeting rooms in Calendar outlook / and creating room reservations;
- Ordering taxi's; and the necessary information through e-mail;
- Taking care of DHL shipments (documents only).
- Managing reception agenda: Notification of visitors arriving, important information, appointments or taxi reservations are made.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service, Front Office or Reception related positions is preferred;
- Being fluent in English (must) & Dutch (preferable) verbal and written communication is a must;
- Strong communicative, organising and administrative skills;
- Attention to detail;
- A true team player with a lot of initiative;
- You recognize yourself as a quick learner, self-driven and with positive attitude;
- You are customer service-minded;
