As a CMF agent you will be part of the Customer Master File department in DHL Express. The European CMF organization was created to centralize activities and form a center of excellence for Customer Master Data providing support to European countries. The Customer Master File service line (CMF) encompasses the creation and maintenance of account, customer tariff and reference data.
In this role you will be responsible for open and
amend accounts and maintain customer and tariff data in the appropriate legacy
systems with agreed speed and accuracy. You will liaise with various external
and internal parties to achieve optimal financial settlement and low error
You will ensure that customers receive accurate
invoicing for all products with respect to price by maintaining customer rates
and tariffs on DHL systems in a timely and accurate manner and allowing
customer information to flow into the Billing, Customer Service, reporting and
Sales systems accurately. You also receive customer amendments and provide
feedback when completed. Other tasks include: keeping up to date records to
ensure a clear audit trail and later on help to track performance and
productivity and archive tariff agreements with customers. Checking if rates
comply with Pricing policy and validate customer data against DHL policies and
legal requirements is also part of your daily routine. All this while working
with at least three countries/process.
You will be the first point of contact for
stakeholders and will collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives. Training
and auditing other colleagues and analysing queries and credit notes from the
countries are also part of your responsibilities.
