As an international sales recruiter at YoungCapital in Amsterdam you will be responsible for growing and expanding the international department of YoungCapital. With great enthusiasm you want to face your next challenge and support our multilingual team. How do you do this? Besides recruiting suitable candidates for different positions from your own clients, you are also responsible for the contact management with your clients. You will be in constant contact and will also be looking for new potential clients for our team. Your focus will be on companies that have an international department and are looking for international candidates. In other words, candidates who speak different languages such as German, French, Swedish or Spanish.
Besides that, YoungCapital's international team is also responsible for clients abroad who are looking for Dutch candidates. For example, we are currently supporting various companies in Portugal, Spain, Greece or Malta.
