Our Operations Department provides operational support to our riders & everyone on shift in the warehouse, and to undertake all scheduled operational duties as required. The Ops teams focus on the very core of our business which is responsible for our 10 minute deliveries. This role will provide significant operational knowledge and in-depth knowledge to the local teams to ensure successful performance and excelled customer and client experience in the final mile.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for the accuracy of pick and packing the orders sent to our customers
• Ensure the ultimate freshness of the products you are picking
• Ensure picking readiness at all times
• Supporting incoming shipments and inventory management before opening of the store
• Assist the supervisor with operations as necessary
• Make sure of the cleanliness and readiness of the warehouse for operations
• Ready to jump on the bike for some rides if the team needs it

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional role in a similar environment (FMCG/Retail/Warehouse/Last mile delivery is a big plus)
• Strong hands-on mentality and are very detailed oriented
• A fast-paced environment does not detract from your quality of work
• Familiar with the grocery retail space
• Good communication skills and a good proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Available to work 5 x 8h per week in shifts (Mo-Sun from 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00)

Salary

You wonder how much you'll earn? Don't worry, we got you covered! We offer a salary of 26.500 Euros gross per year!
