Job description:
We have several positions for Customer Service Representative (French).

The CSR S24H role is based on answering inbound customer requests for roadside assistance in the customer’s native language and offer help on the phone or coordinate assistance through this organisation authorized service providers. The philosophy is to ensure the customer is mobile again as quickly as possible. The Customer Service24h department of Mercedes-Benz is available 365 days per year, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day for customers in need of roadside assistance. For this role it is required that you are willing to work in shifts.

The Customer Service Representative role is based on handling complaints or questions from Mercedes-Benz customers. For this role you need to have experience in Customer Service and be able to handle these phone calls with care and empathy. This job has more regular working hours, you will work monday to friday between 8 and 6 o'clock.

Job requirements:
Education:
• Higher vocational education

Experience:
• Customer care

Competencies:
• Fluent Dutch and French
• Good communication skills
• Good written and verbal skills
• Computer literacy

• Good understanding of customer satisfaction
• Adding cultural and qualitative value to service
• Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate with high volumes
* Knowledge of French geography

Working hours:
Working hours: 35 or 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Employees act as brand representatives ensuring that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level. Our Customer Service departments answer customer enquiries and complaints, while the Service24h department organizes roadside assistance for customers. Services related to customer mobility are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Retail Services department supports technical and product related competencies for the CAC, Daimler and external parties.
