As a fulltime Office Manager for Adidas Creative Operations you will be responsible for a lot of different tasks like: maintaining a good work environment, ensure the team has the necessary items to run day to day business, facillitate orders and deliveries of products and photoshoots and many more administrative tasks. You will also help with the onboarding of new starters and you will be working with the Operations Manager to arrange team events!
Because the tasks in this job are so varied it's very important that you can keep track of everything. You need to know when a task has a higher priority then others. Besides all this it's very important that you have an active attitude, so don't sit around and wait for tasks but work in advance!
You will come to work in a team of 4 others, but never the less you will be in contact with about 100 coworkers to be able to do your job properly.
