Absolutely. A lot of international calls and e-mails find their way to Philips Lighting’s customer service department in Enschede. As a part-time or full-time customer service representative, it’s your job to help the Hungarian customers in every way you can.
Rendben! But how do I do that?
Does a customer in Budapest have problems with their LED lights? Or is the invoice of a customer in Eger a bit higher than expected? Chances are they’ll eventually find their way to you. You’ll receive all kinds of questions via telephone, e-mail or chat. Your job is to get to the bottom of these questions, and don’t stop until you’ve got an answer for your Hungarian customers.
Obviously, you don’t need to know everything about light constructions or luminaires yet. You’ll start with a full-time, two-week training, where you learn all about the different Philips Lighting products. But you’ll also get busy with various interview techniques.
LED’s do this. When will I work?
As a part-time or full-time customer service representative at Philips Lighting, you can decide whether you work 16, 20 or 40 hours per week. Your working days are flexible, and can be different each week. The customer service department in Enschede is open from Monday to Friday from 8am ’til 9pm, and on Saturday from 10am ’til 5pm.
