Junior Specialist with Dutch - Finance & Accounting
This offer is addressed to candidates with excellent Dutch and English language skills, who want to gain first professional experiences and would like to start their career Finance & Accounting.
Our client, a multinational company and a global leader in the consulting and technology sector, is extending its business in Poland and therefore looking for motivated candidates from all over Europe.
Tasks:
- Main duties will include participation in migration of processes from external client location and cooperation with the client after transition while working in AP, AR or GL Department.
- Main responsibilities regarding accounts payable will involve providing coding for vendor invoices, monitoring of timely settlement of accounts payables, taking care of rush payments, processing T&E claims and contacting vendors.
- Main duties regarding accounts receivable will include monitoring of timely settlement of receivables, contacting external customers in case of missing or unclear remittance advices, dealing with claims and customer refunds, credit management, credit and collection management reporting.

Main duties regarding general ledger will involve preparation of journal vouchers, maintenance and reconciliation of GL accounts, ensuring smooth and timely closing of the books at month end, preparation of financial reports, execution of SOX controls for financial processes, internal and external reporting
Profile:

The company provides in-depth trainings for their new hires, so no previous work experience is required.
- Native Dutch and at least good English is a must.
- University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar and knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
- A proactive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to prosper in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- And last but not least you must be ready to move abroad, to Poland
