We are looking for a talented recruiter to join our International Recruitment Center in Hoofddorp for approximately 16 hours a week.
For a variety of new and established large projects you will contact French candidates by phone, mainly from our own French database. You will inform them about a job of one of our clients for which they qualify. By asking the candidate targeted questions, you will determine whether the candidate is suitable for the job or not.

Your tasks will include:

• Screening CV’s and motivation letters 
  
• Pre-selection of candidates via the telephone 
  
• Additional administration 
  

We offer you:

You are:

• French native speaker!

Description du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche de recruteurs talentueux pour renforcer notre Centre de Recrutement International à Hoofddorp.
Dans le cadre de projets de grande envergure, vous contactez les candidats francophones par téléphone, principalement issus de notre base de données francophones. Vous les informez de la disponibilité d'un poste proposé par notre client pour lequel ils peuvent constituer des candidats potentiels. Vous déterminez au cours de l'entretien, à l'aide de questions ciblées, si le candidat est adapté pour le poste proposé.

Vos tâches comprennent

• La pré-sélection des CV et des lettres de motivation pertinents 
  
• La pré-sélection des candidats par téléphone 
  
• D'autres tâches administratives diverses
