Description
As a Multilingual Customer
Support employee (m/f) you will be responsible for the answering and processing
of questions and responses from our clients. The client is the central point of
attention for our customer and we strive for delivering optimal customer
services and 100% customer satisfaction. You are the first point of contact for
clients, delivering customer service and answering questions concerning various
problems and difficulties.
It is important that you are able to sympathize with the customer and have
great analytical skills in order to define the root cause to problems and find
the best possible solution, as fast as possible.
Required skills:
- Good knowledge of the English and Dutch language;
- Native speaking terms in German, Danish, Swedish or French;
- Professional attitude and high ability to empathize with customer
needs;
- Flexible availability;
- Available between 24-40 hours per week;
- Living in the Netherlands, with all the necessary documentation which is
needed for an employment contract.
