As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the answering and processing questions and responses from the biggest European Clients by telephone or e-mail. You are interested to work in an enthusiastic, highly motivated, international team within a dynamic and rapidly growing company.

Daily Duties:
- Independantly and responsibly handle queries from clients received via e-mail/phone/fax;
- Analyse queries to be able to find the best possible solution;
- Manage the relationship with clients to ensure the positive perception of the bank is not diminished;
- Liaise with other teams within the bank organistation to be able to provide the most complete and speed efficient response possible;
- Understanding the financial nature of queries and responding on an adequate level of professionalism;
- Prioritise issues and maintaining quality of service despite of the highlevel of pressure;
- Multitasking and being able to manage different systems simultaneously to search for information in a speedy manner;
- Accurately log cases in the CRM system making complete use of all the possibilities given by the system, whilst talking to the client;
- Contribute to maintaining the service level in the agreed targets.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills;
- A clear and friendly telephone voice;
- Accuracy and a highly professional attitude;
- Availibility for 40 hours per week, for the first 4 weeks due to training;
- Congenial/team spirit
- Client and service oriented;
- Very good knowledge of the English language in both oral and writing skills;
- In addition to English, a fluent knowledge in both oral and writing skills, in German is required;
- Fimiliarity with a PC and experience with Windows, Word and Internet Explorer;
- Customer Service experience;
- Checked references;
- Motivational Letter in English;
- CV in English
