Job description:You will be to provide service and support on our clients high-end products, focusing on customer service and satisfaction by analyzing problems and solution based thinking. You will be linking your technical skills with people skills to deal with our customer needs and provide the necessary solution and inform customers about promotions and point out sales opportunities to them.
Required skills:
Native language skills in one or more of the following languages:
Dutch, Spanish, French, German or English
Good knowledge of English in writing and understanding (besides the mother tongue).
Ability to handle complaints and willing to be a part of the solution
Be able to work in a team, strong communicator and be stress resilient
Analytical mind, MBO4 (college degree) or comparable level
Not afraid of challenges and career opportunities
General knowledge on computer hardware and software (office) is welcome.
Working hours:
Business Hours Monday - Friday: 8h30- 18h00
