Summary of the main obligations
Your main responsibilities are to support the Procurement Operations manager and raising and issuing purchase orders, receipting, analyzing and reporting on spend.
• Entering and matching invoices;
• Make corrections on request of the AP Coordinator/Supervisor/Manager;
• Preparing letters for invoices to be returned;
• Answer incoming queries in a prompt and courteous manner;
• Assist the AP Coordinator.
Job requirements: accurate, fluent in English/Dutch and knowledge of Oracle and SAP
• You are accurate;
• You are service oriented;
• Education level of at least MEAO/MBO 4 or equivalent;
• Experience gained in an (AP) accounting environment, preferably in an international corporate environment;
• Outstanding verbal and listening skills in English and Dutch;
• Knowledge and experience of ERP systems like Oracle and SAP.
