SHARED DESK CUSTOMER CARE AGENT WITH DUTCH



Your profile:


  • You are native or fluent in DUTCH
  • Excellent level of ENGLISH language will be consider as a plus
  • You are able to process information quickly and manage several tasks simultaneously
  • You have fun working on a number of tasks at the same time and face a greater frequency of task switching
  • You are a dynamic person and master doing multiple things
  • Available for minimal 1 year


Your role:

  • Inbound voice, e-mail and chat customer service for several of CallPoint’s customers
  • Occasionally support the customers with requested translations for the site or newsletters
  • Providing product information, payment methods and discount inquiries, delivery questions
  • Process delivery issues, returns, refunds, invoice requests
  • Answering customer questions sent by mail, liaising with the internal departments of the client, with the transporters and the warehouses
