Afdeling:Direct customer contact (inbound) in the scope of IT. Services and related additional services via all defined communication channels. Detailes document and maintenance of contacts bij means of desigrated tools. Circulations of all information useful for optimizing our service processes. Enlarging professional/technical knowlegde and process know-how in continuous way.
Required skills:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Near native English is required;
- Native French, Spanish or German is required too;
- Previous customer service experience essential including commitment to providing a first class service in a service environment;
- Ability to learn and retain information quickly, and handle a numer of tasks at one time;
- Ability to follow formal procedures;
- General PC and keyboard skills and Multimedia knowledge;
- Professional attitude and great attention to detail;
- Ability to approach problems logically;
- High ability to empathize with customer and prioritize customer's needs.
